Sweet and savoury compositions will be on offer throughout the evening – with gelato as the primary focus, served by Quattro Passi’s Giuseppe Pezzalla and four Michelin-starred guest chefs.
Each chef will create a five-course menu, and the chef with the most ordered number of dishes over the three-day period will be crowned king.
Executive Chef Olivier Belliard has designed a three-course set menu of traditional favourites, giving each dish his touch of refined cooking. He has opted for pumpkin velouté with wild mushrooms, roast turkey and caramelised pecan tart as this year's Thanksgiving treats.
