A nightly rotating menu, one long shared table, and a heartfelt mission to support the teams behind Osteria Funkcoolio and Harummanis, The Extended Table was first introduced by Akmal Anuar through an honest Instagram post announcing the concept’s launch.
Adapting to a quieter season across the region, the chef opened his doors in a more intimate format, inviting diners to sit side by side and share a meal that directly supports the people behind his restaurants.
Following a successful debut, Anuar has now announced new dates for The Extended Table, continuing the concept with the same focus on community, simplicity and bringing people together over food.

Dinner is priced at AED150 per person, with the option for guests to contribute more if they wish. Any additional amount goes directly to team members currently on pay cuts or unpaid leave, supporting efforts to keep the kitchens running and staff in employment.

The dinners will run across both venues on alternate days: Osteria Funkcoolio: April 28, April 30 and May 3. Harummanis: April 29 and May 1. All sittings are at 7pm only.
