Nutrition per serving
- 1 tsp fresh cucumber slices
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 60ml green tea
- 40ml green apple juice
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml store-bought pasteurised egg white or a whipped egg white
Muddle all the ingredients in a large jar.
Mix with ice and shake well until the liquid is very foamy. Strain in a glass with crushed ice and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs and cucumber slices.
