  • 150g watermelon, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled and sliced
  • 100ml cold apple juice


  1. Blitz the watermelon in a blender with the banana and apple juice until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
