Try this light tom collins mocktail. With alcohol-free gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda, it’s the perfect alcohol-free edition.

Ingredients
- ice
- 50ml alcohol-free gin or water
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml sugar syrup
- 150-200ml soda water
Method
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour over the alcohol-free gin or water, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
Stir gently to combine, then top up with the soda water and serve.
