Ingredients

  • ice
  • 50ml alcohol-free gin or water
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • 150-200ml soda water

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour over the alcohol-free gin or water, lemon juice and sugar syrup.

  2. Stir gently to combine, then top up with the soda water and serve.
