The festive-themed megabrunch extravaganza, Cirque De Cuisine, is returning to Atlantis, The Palm this December, with five of The Avenue’s top restaurants set to take part.
Taking place on the 6th December, early bird tickets for the all you can eat and drink concept start at AED 495 and will include four hours of festive fun from 7pm until 11pm.
The festive concept of Cirque de Cuisine allows diners to wander from restaurant to restaurant, enjoying signature dishes, live cooking stations, extravagant buffets, delicious drinks and live entertainment. This gives culinary aficionados a great opportunity to explore and discover some of the resorts’ top restaurants, including Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, Gregoire Berger’s underwater restaurant Ossiano, Ronda Locatelli by Giorgio Locatelli and the recently opened Michelin star Cantonese restaurant brand, Hakkasan.
All signature restaurants are open exclusively for Cirque De Cuisine ticketholders and the venues are located in a two-minute proximity of one another, giving guests the freedom to roam and sit freely in any of the participating restaurants moving from one to the next at leisure.
For this year’s event, The Avenues will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland filled with mind-blowing experiences delivered by the show stopping performers from Cirque le Soir. The event will see fire eaters and fire blowers, feather fan dancers, magicians and the human pin cushion join winter acrobats as they roam the snow filled walkways.
Festive inspired food on offer will include roaming trays serving up Nobu’s renowned sushi, while guests will also have the option of Nobu signatures including the signature Nobu tacos, yellow tail sushi jalapeno, black cod butter lettuce and succulent beef tenderloin anticucho. a ceviche and mochi bar will be available as well with a selection of sakes.
Guests who enter Gordon Ramsay’s famous Bread Street Kitchen & Bar can feast on a variety of British favourites with a festive twist including the signature mini turkey Wellington, truffle mac & cheese fritters with chestnuts and the veal & fennel sausage rolls.
Offering a traditional taste of Italy, guests at Ronda Locatelli can feast on delights including truffle risotto, baby spinach salad, homemade ravioli and caserecce pasta with duck ragu.
Meat lovers will be thrilled with live cooking stations serving Festive roast turkey and an Atlantis beef carvery at Seafire Steakhouse, as well as the option to pick from numerous signature dishes from the a la carte menu.
Guests will also have the unique opportunity to dine under the sea with a selection of opulent desserts by Ossiano’s Chef de Cuisine, Gregoire Berger and the creative in-house pastry team. In addition, there will be numerous live cooking stations serving caramelized “Smore” marshmallows, French croissant toast and the incredible smoked nitro popcorn.
