Ingredients

  • ½ x Rizazz pure basmati rice
  • 2 tbsp frozen peas
  • handful peeled, frozen prawns
  • 2 tsp mild curry powder
  • a spoonful natural yogurt

Method

  1. Mix half a pouch Tilda Pure Basmati Rizzaz with the frozen peas, frozen prawns, 2 tbsp water and curry powder. Season if you want to, cover and cook in the microwave on High for 3 mins until piping hot. Serve with a spoonful natural yogurt.
