Diwali Celebration at Rang Mahal includes a glorious six-course Indian feast with signature flavours inspired by the festive occasion. Signature dishes on the menu include Minced lamb kebab, melt-in-your-mouth Mangalorean ghee roast prawns inspired by Karnataka’s bunt community, Sea Bass Moilee, with coconut and ginger broth and tempered asparagus, Butter poached lobster in creamy mustard sauce, amul cheese and herb oil and Baked whole lamb leg with dry mango tossed vegetables, lamb jus, and olive naan. Paired with an array of beverages carefully curated to compliment the heritage dishes.

SUQ Restaurant, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Time to get spooky! SUQ Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites diners for a Halloween-themed Brunch. The moment you enter a captivating marble staircase leads to the gateway of the property’s palatial Arabic market beautifully adorned with Halloween decorations. SUQ’s international buffet boasts glorious sushi, pasta, seafood and a Halloween-themed pastry corner filled with Chef Nicolas Lambert’s world-renowned creations. Asil  

Make your way to Asil, Rixos Premium Dubai for a unique Oriental Brunch featuring Turkish, Lebanese and Moroccan cuisine. Diners can head to the terrace which looks out to Jumeirah Beach and Ain Dubai.

Asil’s Oriental Brunch menu boasts a magnificent selection including Corn on the cob and Lavash crackers, Mezzes platters, Oriental rolls, Seabass marine and stuffed Mussels, Mucever and Manti, to name a few. Roobaru 

Looking for Indian-inspired wings that pack in a spice punch? Roobaru’s offers wings in exquisite flavours starring Thecha (Maharashtrian, green chilli, peanut and lime flavours), Inchipuli (tamarind and ginger South Indian), Bang Bang (signature masala dry rub comprising of spices from Seven Indian states), BBQ x Tadka, American BBQ wings infused with a tempered spice blend and Butter Chicken wings. We tried the tender, melt- in- your mouth BBQ x Tadka coated in warm bbq sauce. Each bite was juicy, flavoursome and comforting.

Diners can also celebrate Diwali with Roobaru’s sweet & sour Chef’s specials, featuring the Wild mushroom truffle kulcha, an Indian sourdough naan stuffed with seared wild mushrooms topped with delectable sliced black truffle. Next try the flavoursome Sweet and sour kanji pani puri with raw mango infused with spiced carrot pani served in a semolina shell with new baby potatoes, tamarind and herb chutney. To round off this magnificent experience, the Coco for yuzu, a decadent homemade coconut dome parfait with yuzu citrus filling on a biscuit base with a zesty lemon glaze is a real treat. For chocolate lovers indulge in the RM² Chocolate Bar, a marbled chocolate mousse bar with homemade chocolate crunch atop a Parle G biscuit base.

Brunch at Garage, Michelin- starred Chef Vineet Bhatia at Angar restaurant, Halloween brunch, live entertainment, plenty of themed brunches, pink bites and pink outfits throughout the hotel.
