The upscale Pan-Asian restaurant and lounge, WAZUZHU is set to take diners on a culinary journey starring mouthwatering Asian dishes
WAZUZHU, Dubai’s new Pan-Asian restaurant and lounge located in the lush surroundings of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel, is a lavish evening dining destination brimming with F&B offerings and stunning views of the Jumeirah Beach coastline.
Now, in addition to their à la carte menu, the recently-opened venue has launched the WAZUZHU Chef’s Tasting Experience, an offering that promises to take diners on a culinary journey through mouthwatering dishes that pay homage to the rich traditions of the Asian cultures that inspired them.
Carefully curated by WAZUZHU’s Executive Chef Rahul Rajpal and his talented culinary team, the three-course set menu is designed for sharing and comprises nine dishes which bring together flavours from Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisines.
Starters include Japanese avocado salad, Mock carrot dumpling, Truffle mushroom bao and A7 Wagyu sushi nigiri. Mains call for Black cod miso with truffle, Indonesian lamb shank and Yasai-Karē-Raisu Japanese curry. A sweet ending arrives in the form of two decadent desserts, including Salted caramel chocolate tart and Tab tim grob.
With oversized crystal chandeliers, mirrored walls, alluring mood lighting and ambient music, diners are guaranteed an evening of opulence at WAZUZHU. A subtle dragon motif is featured throughout the interior décor in tribute to the restaurant’s name, which translates to ‘nine dragons’ in Chinese and alludes to the power and abundance they symbolise.
