Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori has revealed an array of innovative new delicacies to its already-existing impressive menu
Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori, an award-winning Japanese restaurant located at Galleria Mall along Al Wasl Road, known for its original and signature flavours, continues to elevate the city’s culinary scene with a cracking new menu boasting classics and ten unique creations.
Diners are encouraged to hotfoot to the restaurant to experience South East Asian cuisine with Japanese influences, where fresh prime seasonal ingredients are mostly flown in from Japan. These are then carefully put together by renowned Chefpreneur Akmal Anuar, resulting in a selection of remarkable dishes.
The new menu items on offer include a Tuna carpaccio starter, an Ama ebi for nigiri and the must-try Broccolini for sushi, made of tempura broccolini, wasabi and runny egg. Heartier options include the Wagyu sate, Chicken adobo, Lamb sate and King prawn as additions to the skewer list; while the Mushroom claypot, Charcoal grill yellowtail and Wagyu striploin are great selections for mains. These exclusive items are perfect with Rosie mess, Chocolate bomber and Ice cream sando for desserts.
