The MICHELIN Guide announces three new Dubai additions to the Bib Gourmand list

While the second MICHELIN Guide Ceremony for Dubai is scheduled for May 23rd, here’s a glimpse of the city’s new Bib Gourmand recipients

In the inaugural edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai last year, an impressive selection of 14 Bib Gourmand venues was unveiled by renowned inspectors. Building upon its success, the 2023 edition has introduced three new recipients to this prestigious accolade, bringing the total to 17 eateries celebrated for their enticing, affordable, and uncompromisingly high-quality cuisine.

With a focus on communal dining, the culinary offerings draw inspiration from various regions spanning Eastern Europe to Greece and Turkey. Emphasizing homemade goodness, every dish is prepared with care, ensuring freshness and gratification. Helmed by the Trèsind group, this dynamic restaurant draws inspiration from the captivating Silk Route, traversing culinary traditions spanning the Mediterranean to Eastern Asia. It comes as no surprise that this establishment has swiftly garnered a loyal following in the city.
