Catch at St. Regis will feature a limited and innovative five-course menu by newly-appointed Executive Sous Chef Remon Nabil
Adorned by natural elements of wood, sea ropes and artistic lighting, ‘Catch’ at the iconic St. Regis by the Abu Dhabi Corniche, is an elegant, open space, offering an array of seafood delicacies.
With over 16 years of culinary experience, Egyptian-born Chef Remon has been brought in to lead the gastronomic direction as the Executive Sous Chef of Catch, and enhance the dining experience for all food connoisseurs.
As part of his debut, Chef Remon will be curating an exclusive, seasonal and limited five-course set menu with the finest grape pairings from New Zealand. Together with Restaurant General Manager, Anika De Jongh, Catch aims to create a sensational menu to take diners on an exquisite culinary journey.
The restaurant has a private dining area too, for diners who prefer their privacy.
