Located in the Fashion Avenue of The Dubai Mall, GIA invites diners to sit down to a new and elevated dining experience. From breakfast to a light bite or a heartier meal, the restaurant has it all.

Enjoy a Focaccia alla carbonara with carbonara, bacon bits and olives, on warm bread; or a tempting Pizza tartufo with bufala mozzarella, truffle-mushroom sauce, sliced porcini mushrooms and truffle shavings. Alternatively, opt for the Avo e Stracciatella, a salad comprising a bed of diced avocado and heirloom cherry tomatoes, with a dollop of stracciatella cheese on top, finished off with a drizzle of pesto.

Mains call for a rich Wagyu beef ragu that is slow-cooked for 6 hours; or a creamy Risotto di zucca e cheek, a pumpkin and mushroom risotto with tender beef cheeks and an aromatic herb jus.

Seafood lovers can take their pick from the Polpo al limone, with chargrilled octopus and rosemary potatoes with salsa verde, or the and Linguine allo scoglio, a medley of clams, mussels, prawns, baby squid and heirloom cherry tomatoes with linguine pasta.

Finally, the Oro Fondante covered with a 24k gold leaf and accompanied by vanilla gelato with mixed berries will satisfy your sweet tooth.
