Roberto’s is set to impress discerning diners with an exclusive brunch hosted by world-renowned Chef Enrico Bartolini
Mark your calendars for a one-off Brunch at Roberto’s titled the Brunch 2.0., that will take place on January 22 and 23. Presented by Michelin star Chef Enrico Bartolini, the event will feature thirteen courses presented in a sharing manner.
Whet your appetite with a selection of appetizers, such as a Steamed bun and amberjack with balsamic vinegar drizzled over; Beef carpaccio with green turnip and almond; together with Gillardeau oysters with fresh parsley and yuzu.
Next up, diners are called to tuck into mains featuring dishes such as Broccoli with hazelnut and black truffle; and a Honey-glazed veal with a sprinkling of Cervia salt and Milanese vegetables to accompany.
Rounding off the afternoon, desserts will be served in Roberto’s Premium Lounge, where diners can indulge in delectable Italian treats. All while the mellow tunes from a cellist, saxophonist and violinist flow through the restaurant from 3:30pm onwards.
