Nestled within the lively City Walk area, Boaz is a newly launched dining concept that offers vibrant flavours and dishes from Turkey. Taking over the former setting of Babaji, Boaz is set to take diners on a mouthwatering culinary journey, starring aromatic Turkish cuisine at its best.

Facing the central boulevard of Citywalk, Boaz features homely interiors with both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the picturesque silhouette of the Downtown skyline. The open kitchen invites diners to take a peek at the action behind the scenes, as the chefs bring the kitchen to life.

From scrumptious traditional breakfast bites to freshly baked boreks and juicy kebabs, Boaz serves up an extensive menu for all.

If its breakfast you’re looking for, reach for Boaz’s sharing breakfast menu starring dishes such as, Fried eggs & sucuk, Scrambled eggs, Apricot & blackberry jam, Cheese platters and Beef sausages, complemented by free-flowing Turkish tea. Turkish specials also include Cheese stuffed Turkish pastry, fresh Bagels and decadent Fried dough filled with Nutella.

For lunch and dinner, begin your meal with an array of traditional hot and cold mezze ranging from Hummus with sucuk to Oven baked halloumi with datterini cherry tomatoes.

For mains, tuck into the restaurant’s signature Civikli, a warm baked Turkish pide, special to the Develi district of Kayseri and straight out of a wood-fire oven, topped with minced lamb, mushrooms, chicken casserole, cheese, spinach and more. Signature dishes also include Doner kebabs served with Turkish bread and yogurt on the side and Guvec, made with succulent portions of melt-in-your-mouth marinated meat and chicken, slow cooked to perfection inside a traditional clay pot.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with the all-time favourite Baklava served with vanilla ice-cream, or Kunefe brimming with melted cheese; accompanied by Boaz’s free-flowing Turkish tea or Traditional Turkish coffee slowly brewed in hot sand. Alternatively, enjoy thirst quenchers, including Passionfruit mojito, Strawberry colada and Ice cinnamon coffee.
