Chef Reif Othman introduces new bakery concept, CRISP.

Dubai’s newest bakery concept is now available at REIF Japanese Kushiyaki Dubai Hills and on Deliveroo

Chef Reif Othman, founder and the renowned chef behind REIF Japanese Kushiyaki, Tero, KO.NA Pizza House and SIO Ramen House, is launching his first bakery concept, CRISP.

The idea took shape in 2024 during a five-week pop-up at Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, before evolving further after his return to Dubai, where he drew on the city’s bakery culture and approach to bread and pastry, reworking those influences into his own take.

The menu includes Shio Pan, Japanese salt bread that is glossy, buttery and served warm; a pandan kaya jam doughnut; a matcha crème caramel castella; a vanilla brûlé millefeuille; and a vanilla milk soft serve croissant cone, flaky, filled and crisp.

Available for dine-in and takeaway from 8am, and via Deliveroo from 8am to 10pm.
