Where to watch FIFA World Cup 2026 in Abu Dhabi: fan zones, pubs and big screens

Whether you’re after a fan zone, a sports bar or a hotel venue, here’s where to watch the World Cup 2026 in Abu Dhabi

The FIFA World Cup 2026 runs from 11 June to 19 July, with matches kicking off across North America at times that translate to late nights and early mornings here in the UAE. Abu Dhabi’s venues have risen to the occasion with live screenings, match-day menus and drinks packages curated to make those hours worth staying up for. Here’s where to go.

Broadway, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental

One of the capital’s most recognisable settings gets a footballing makeover this summer. The modern American brasserie at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental is screening selected matches throughout the tournament, with national flags, themed décor and multiple screens including a large-format display. The match-day menu leans into proper sharing food: chicken wings with pumpkin buffalo sauce, crispy calamari with spiced mayo, lamb skewers with salad and tortilla, and Broadway’s signature beef smashed burger with American cheese and pickled mushrooms, alongside freshly made pizettas, sandwiches and snacks. No minimum spend, no tickets required. Open daily from 6pm to 3am for the duration of the tournament.

Nalu, Hudayriyat Island

Nalu is bringing its first dedicated football screening experience to Hudayriyat Island this summer, transforming the restaurant into a lively indoor hub for the tournament. Running daily from noon until 3am, the venue offers two distinct settings: a social ground-floor dining space suited to groups, couples and families, and an elevated lounge with larger screens and a more immersive atmosphere for those who want to get properly into it. The FIFA Sharing Platter — tacos with a choice of filling, fries, guacamole, chicken wings and olives — is priced at AED169, while drinks packages include pints from AED30, a bucket of eight for AED200 and a tower at AED400.

Key match nights come with football-inspired menus, beverage bucket offers and on-the-spot competitions. A bucket of five hops is priced at AED128, and the gaming corner requires advance booking at AED500.
