The menu features a varied selection of sushi with highlights such as ‘Alaska king crab roll’ with king crab leg, avocado, sakura mix, lemon and blue flower, ‘silver rock lobster maki’ with rock lobster and silver leaves, and ‘the gold digger seared roll’ with salmon belly, 24k gold, avocado, asparagus, spicy mayo and tobiko.
For starters, the menu includes eye-catching dishes such as ‘better than shrimp’ with Atlantic carabineros, eggplant and their signature ‘almost Mexico’ sauce, ‘mountain gold’ with Périgord truffle, Gruyère cheese and aged balsamic vinegar, ‘shiny flakes’ with burrata, passion fruit, Hokkaido pumpkin and 22k gold and, the outside the box vegan dish ‘beets by PLAY’, with organic beetroots, pickled cucumber, lime and cilantro ice.
The mains include a fantastic selection of delicacies, such as the outstanding wild mushroom risotto that is finished at the table inside a massive wheel of parmesan cheese, pacific yellow tail with oven baked bacalao, alioli and tomato sugo and steak & lobster with kagoshima, garlic buttered lobster and crispy leeks, and ‘gift from Pyrenees’ with lamb rack, eggplant, potato mélange, tomato and lemon chaudfroid.
The desserts are equally distinctive and include refined treats such as ‘black forest rain’ with manjari, morello cherries and almonds, ‘play with truffle’s’ with guanaja, ivoiry and truffle and the opulent ‘the golden ticket’ with a luxurious assembly of sweets and imperial caviar.
