  • 250g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed)
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp ras-el-hanout
  • ¼ tsp low-sodium salt
  • 1 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • pinch cayenne


Pre-dinner nibbles
Serve these seeds along with drinks for a healthy and quick party snack.


  1. Preheat the oven to 160C/ 140 fan/ Gas mark 3.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto a baking sheet. Cook for 15 - 20 mins until dry and golden. Stir once during cooking. Allow to cool and store in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
