Ingredients
- bunch of red grapes
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
Method
Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the grapes in a baking dish. Combine the thyme leaves and honey, then drizzle over the grapes. Bake for 25 mins until the grapes have shrivelled. Leave to cool for 5-10 mins before serving.
