Ingredients
- 4 naan bread
- 140g cheddar, finely grated
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, or half tsp chilli powder
- good handful chopped coriander
Method
Heat oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Sprinkle the breads with a little water, then top with grated cheddar and chilli. Bake on the oven racks for 5 mins until the cheese has melted, then remove and scatter with the coriander.
Cut into quarters and serve.
