  • 1l camel milk
  • 60g corn flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 30g rose water
  • Pistachios, for garnish


  1. Bring the milk to boil. Mix in the cornflour and the sugar, put into the boiling milk and cook until it’s thick. Add the rose water and mix together.

  2. Remove from heat and scoop it out into a bowl. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
