For six days, the joyful Obon Festival will be celebrated in Japanese restaurant Hidemasa, serving an exclusive set menu from August 13-19 to commemorate the event. The Obon Festival, commonly referred to as the “Bon Festival,” is an annual Buddhist ritual practiced in Japan to honour one’s ancestors.

The menu features remarkable dishes such as sake carpaccio, lightly seared beef tataki, crispy hyokomame gyoza, grilled lemongrass chicken skewers, saikyo miso marinated black cod and agedashi tofu.
