riina has launched mandariina, a retail concept offering pantry staples, sweet treats and lifestyle essentials at its locations in The Meadows Village and Tilal Al Ghaf. The collection includes house-made jams, fudge, brownie bites, herb-infused olive oils, candied citrus peels, reusable tumblers, tote bags and caps, bringing the brand’s Mediterranean-inspired products beyond the restaurant setting.

Dubai’s 21grams has launched a two-part menu that balances its signature comfort dishes with a more creative approach. The new offering is split into The Roots, which celebrates the restaurant’s most-loved Balkan classics including pindjur eggs, cevapi, sarma and chocolate hazelnut baklava, and the Test Kitchen, a space for seasonal experimentation and ingredient-led cooking. New dishes include steak & eggs with jir jir pesto, gyros chicken with lemon sauce and capers, produce-focused salads, baked cabbage with brown butter, and a prawn omelette with XO-style spice, while desserts such as tufahiya showcase a nostalgic take on Balkan flavours.

Sakhalin Dubai at J1 Beach has launched a new summer menu celebrating its signature MediterrAsian concept, which blends Mediterranean and Asian flavours with subtle Russian influences. Inspired by Russia’s Sakhalin Island, the seafood-focused menu features a raw bar of oysters, caviar, crudo, ceviche and shellfish, alongside signature dishes such as scallop crudo with truffle ponzu, yellowtail crudo with yuzu, Kamchatka crab specialities and whole fish prepared in various styles.
