On the menu, guests can expect to find hand-crafted, regional Italian specialties from Tuscany, Umbria, and Emilia-Romagna, together with delicious special imports of cheese, prosciutto, cold cuts, and salamis – all served in the cosy ambience of an Italian-style villa. 

Chef Rosario Martorana plans to merge traditional recipes with the festive spirit, serving up a delicious limitless buffet of antipasti and desserts, in addition to the tasteful options such as sea bass carpaccio with pink pepper, oysters and caviar from the live station, and a panna cotta that chef promises will leave you wanting more. 

Served to the table, this specially curated menu will also feature Italian delicacies of prime beef tenderloin grilled to your preference and served with a Brunello grape reduction, as well as Porcini mushroom Trifolati.

Guests are invited to pair each dish with a beverage of their choice and, as the clock strikes 12, raise a glass to an exciting year ahead and enjoy the magnificent fireworks along the captivating views of the Corniche.
