Fouquet’s Abu Dhabi has announced its participation at the Chef Table All-Star edition with an exquisite menu
On the back of the Parisian restaurant’s success at last year’s Chef Table, Fouquet’s announces its participation at the Chef’s Table series this March.
The address promises culinary excellence with a specially curated menu from Chef Balveer Balkinson. Indulge in the divine escargot Montorgueil; foie gras de canard and smoked duck-breast fillet; the newly launched gnocchi aux fines herbes, cuttlefish and red chicory; linguine with black tiger prawns and a succulent slow-cooked confit lamb with beans.
The finale includes Fouquet’s star dessert, the mille-feuilles a la vanille with berry compote.
Diners can also choose to pair the Chef’s Table All Star exclusive menu with options from an expert sommelier.
