Breakfast offerings include avocado toast, buckwheat pancakes, shakshuka, truffle toast and oatmeal porridge, while lunch and dinner feature grilled seafood, rotisserie meats, fresh salads and sourdough pizzas.
The resort itself offers 46 rooms and villas, spa treatments including a steam room, sauna, ice room at the reimagined Samana Spa, and recreational facilities such as pool, yoga and meditation spaces.
