Designed by Spanish interior designer Pol Domenech Simo, the space features earthy tones, minimalist furniture, and touches of wood, marble, and warm metals, with an alfresco terrace and infinity pool overlooking the desert.

Epicure’s refreshed menu places wellness at its core, focusing on high-quality ingredients and balanced, lighter dishes. Breakfast offerings include avocado toast, buckwheat pancakes, shakshuka, truffle toast and oatmeal porridge, while lunch and dinner feature grilled seafood, rotisserie meats, fresh salads and sourdough pizzas.

The resort itself offers 46 rooms and villas, spa treatments including a steam room, sauna, ice room at the reimagined Samana Spa, and recreational facilities such as pool, yoga and meditation spaces. Guests can relax at an open-air retreat just 20 minutes from Downtown Dubai, where dining and wellbeing feel naturally aligned.
