Jodhpur Bar & Kitchen

Jodhpur Bar & Kitchen has opened at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah, bringing a contemporary take on Rajasthan’s Marwari cuisine and culture to the city. Inspired by the palaces and forts of Jodhpur, the restaurant draws on royal hospitality traditions, with interiors that reflect the ‘Blue City’ through deep blue tones, handcrafted details and heritage-inspired design. The menu features Marwari dishes such as Daal Baati Churma, Surya Nagri Shahi Gatte ki Sabzi and Gulab jamun ki sabzi, alongside street-food-inspired starters and desserts like Jalebi Caviar and Thandai Rasmalai, with a bar menu of beverages inspired by regional flavours.

La Vue

Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk has introduced La Vue on 51st, a dining concept set within Club Millésime, the hotel’s executive lounge on the 51st floor. The experience offers a European-inspired seasonal menu paired with views across Dubai’s skyline. Guests begin with a welcome drink at sunset, followed by a three-course menu featuring dishes such as seared Belfugó tuna with blue crab salad, herb-crusted local red snapper with caviar beurre blanc, and rhubarb and custard panna cotta. The experience also includes handcrafted tableside beverages and an optional artisanal cheese trolley, available Tuesday to Saturday.

The Nine at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk in Wafi City hosts its Saturday Welly Club, a weekly dining experience centred around Beef Wellington. Available every Saturday for lunch and dinner, the gastropub serves tableside-carved Beef Wellington with classic sides including whipped potato, onion marmalade, beef jus and Yorkshire pudding.
