Jodhpur Bar & Kitchen has opened at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah, bringing a contemporary take on Rajasthan’s Marwari cuisine and culture to the city. Inspired by the palaces and forts of Jodhpur, the restaurant draws on royal hospitality traditions, with interiors that reflect the ‘Blue City’ through deep blue tones, handcrafted details and heritage-inspired design. The menu features Marwari dishes such as Daal Baati Churma, Surya Nagri Shahi Gatte ki Sabzi and Gulab jamun ki sabzi, alongside street-food-inspired starters and desserts like Jalebi Caviar and Thandai Rasmalai, with a bar menu of beverages inspired by regional flavours.
