Exuding luxury from the moment you step inside, 12 Chairs has set out to introduce the country’s gastronomes to the brand’s unique caviar experience, elevated by sips of fine bubbly. Once you soak in your surroundings, take your seat in the classy and contemporary space amidst exquisitely-designed interiors adorned in shades of pink and gold, where a striking marble bar takes centre stage and glittering views over the rooftops of Dubai impress.
Reserved for only 12 gourmands in one sitting, the sublime affair features a tantalising blend of tastes, textures and effervescence that tempt the senses into glorious culinary bliss, unlike any you’ve experienced before. Inspired by the Japanese omakase tradition, sinful bites are crafted right in front of you, with attentive service ensuring you’re supremely satisfied.
Look forward to delectable delicacies brimming with premium quality, highly-coveted fish roe, starring tastes ranging from the Baerii to the Oscietra and Kaluga Reserve, each bursting with a perfect hit of umami. In addition to this and other creative caviar treats available, the Omakase menu stands out with other sumptuous selections, such as the Strawberry cornetto with tuna, citrus and avocado, topped with Siberian caviar; Foie gras with Classic Barrii, served with macadamia and gold; and Sorbet with peach perfectly paired with Oscietra caviar.
