The 2020 Club by Emaar has introduced a limited-edition gastronomic event at the Palace Downtown Hotel Dubai
Elevating the offerings of Expo 2020 Dubai, the 2020 Club by Emaar has announced a one-day only culinary extravaganza. The exclusive event will feature an array of exquisite dishes at Palace Downtown Hotel Dubai on March 6.
The epicurean experience is a collaborative effort from the hotel’s star head chefs; and will boast an irresistible menu packed with selection of delicacies and live cooking stations from the hotel’s resident restaurants, Asado, Thiptara and Ewaan.
Discerning foodies can indulge in Argentinean specials including Vegan ceviche, Homemade sausages packed with Latin American spices, Chimichurri and Grilled cabrito sliders, courtesy of Chef Carina Arossa from Asado.
Chef Keeta Jakkrich from Thiptara will bring the best of Thai cuisine to the table, with classics such as Gaeng kiew wan gai (chicken Thai green curry), Nuer phad bai kaphrao (stir-fried spicy beef ribeye) and Tom yam goong (traditional prawn Thai hot and sour soup).
Chef Sourav Chatterjee of Ewaan will serve Middle Eastern delights, with dishes such as Cabbage mahashi (stuffed cabbage leaves), Arabic spiced baby chicken and Lamb ouzi; ending the gourmet affair on a sweet note with a mini-Baklava cheesecake and Hazelnut Rocher cake.
From vibrant Argentinean flavours to aromatic Thai cuisine and hearty Middle Eastern fare, diners can revel in the limited-edition culinary celebration.
