This October, Cipriani Yas Island – Abu Dhabi’s authentic Italian eatery, is launching a selection of Truffle accented dish highlights as part of a new limited-edition a la carte menu.
Based on Cipriani family’s traditional recipes, the restaurant’s signature a la carte menu is now available complimented by rich seasonal Truffle tastes. The all-Italian culinary team will be freshly preparing dishes, using a combination of local ingredients and finest products imported directly from Italy.
With high rainfall, this year’s Truffle season delights connoisseurs having arrived early. Exquisite White Truffles exclusively sourced from Tuscany will arrive first, followed by Alba White Truffles, from the small market town of Alba, in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. In addition to unique Truffle dishes, guests have the opportunity to add the finest shavings to any dishes from the world-renowned menu.
Abu Dhabi’s discerning customers and visitors can anticipate stunning marina views from the Cipriani Yas Island’s yacht themed, sophisticated interior space, and popular wrap around terrace. Whist genuine Italian hospitality and flair add the finishing touches for an Italian fine dining experience unlike any other.
The Cipriani Yas Island Truffle Season exclusive a la carte menu is available from October 2018.
Exclusive dishes served with Truffle shavings include Cipriani Classics, such as Fresh Burrata with White Truffle, to Homemade Tagliardi with Fresh Egg Yolk and Truffle.
