Cinnamon Bazaar reopens its doors as The Cinnamon Club at Park Hyatt

Chef Vivek Singh and Head Chef Kamini Jha to bring forth impeccable Indian flavours from London to Dubai

The beloved Cinnamon Bazaar is set to reopen as The Cinnamon Club this September 24 at Park Hyatt Dubai, a lavish waterfront resort next to the stunning Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. Diners can look forward to a magnificent dining experience, starring delectable Indian flavours and dishes.

Inspired by white and blue elements of gorgeous Greek architecture, Park Hyatt evokes a sophisticated timeless feeling and presents an unforgettable evening away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai.

Chef Vivek Singh and Head Chef Kamini Jha will take diners on a cultural epicurean experience with a variety of contemporary Indian dishes and depth of flavours on the new menu at The Cinnamon Club Dubai. The duo will combine some of the Cinnamon Legends from the renowned Cinnamon Collection in heart of London, including Cinnamon Bazaar and Cinnamon Kitchen dishes to the menu in Dubai.

The restaurant’s classic menu boasts vibrant dishes such as Laal maas (fiery Rajasthani lamb curry with pialu rice), Tandoori chicken malai tikka, mace and cardamom, Lamb galauti kebab, flaky saffron paratha and delectable spiced fish to name a few. Highlights include celebratory sharing dishes for two to six guests and a concoction menu that will tantalise the tastebuds.
