Hutong

The contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant and bar is releasing a series of limited-edition festive dishes. These include Sichuan razor clams, lobster with pickled chilli and an indulgent Chinese New Year platter.

The highlight of the specially curated menu is the Lobster Lo Hei, also known as ‘prosperity toss’. It is a dish typically eaten during Chinese New Year, where diners gather around the table as ingredients are added one by one. The ingredients are then tossed in the air with the belief that the higher they go; the greater fortunes will be.
