Boasting the addition of two brilliant culinary talents, Christy Xavier, Certo’s Chef de Cuisine and Nathan Noon, Executive Chef, Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City, the property’s dining scene just got bigger and better than ever, even touted as one that is not to be missed. Christy Xavier began his career in India before coming to Dubai in 2015, where he spent the last few years perfecting his culinary skills at dining hotspots across Dubai.
Christy explains, “I’m excited to bring the skills I’ve learnt in different kitchens to Certo and display the passion that I have for Italian dishes and fresh ingredients.”
Nathan Noon on the other hand, comes to Dubai with more than 20 years’ experience, beginning in 2000 as a Chef Submariner for the British Royal Navy. Since then, Nathan has held successful roles across the UK and brings with him a wealth of expertise and understanding to further enhance the excellent output of the property’s food and beverage team.
