The contemporary steakhouse by legendary Italian butcher, Dario Cecchini, turns one this May and is ringing in the occasion with grand celebrations
Carna by Dario Cecchini, perched on the 74th floor of the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, Business Bay, is turning one this May; and the contemporary steakhouse by Dario Cecchini is pulling out all the stops for a sensational celebration.
If you haven’t yet visited the restaurant, this is a sign to do so as the legendary Italian butcher from the village of Panzano in the Chianti region of Tuscany, Italy, will also be coming to Dubai specially for the occasion, from the May 10 to 13.
Not only will you discover a dining experience that will tantalise your taste buds, but you will get the opportunity to meet the internationally-renowned celebrity who will be showcasing his unique butchery skills and craftsmanship.
Dario Cecchini will be preparing a few of his signature dishes, including Tartare and Carpaccio; and the exceptional dining experience will be limited to only 20 diners. Expect a sublime four-course set menu accompanied by creative beverages.
Keeping the celebrations going for the month of May, you can also look forward to distinct offerings such as a Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNAtion, a Monday “Steak Frites” Night and Jazz Nights at Carna by Dario Cecchini – Tuesday.
Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNAtion
Capturing Dario’s philosophy of loved ones gathering together to share a meal, diners are welcomed to enjoy a traditional Sunday Roast brimming with delectable dishes. Picture starters such as, Prawn cocktail salad, Smoked salmon, Melon and bresaola; followed by mains including Beef rump roast, Francesina pie and Grilled mushroom steak with marinated portobello, cherry tomato and garlic confit. End on a sweet note with Panettone pudding, Trifle, Pineapple cake and Eton mess. A selection of concoctions, fresh juices and smoothies are available at the beverage station.
Monday “Steak Frites” Night
Indulge in a luscious first-quality Butcher’s Cut steak on Mondays, elevated by a serving of chunky fries and grilled salad with honey truffle dressing.
Jazz Nights at Carna by Dario Cecchini – Tuesday
Soak in soulful jazz tunes on Tuesdays, as you sit back and experience all that Carna by Dario Cecchini has to offer.
One-year anniversary celebration from May 10 to 13 from 8pm onwards at AED650 per person (inclusive of four-course set menu and beverages). Sunday Roast: Rein-CARNAtion on Sundays from 1-4pm at AED295 per person (soft package), AED395 (house package), AED525 (premium package) and complimentary for kids under 12. Monday “Steak Frites” Night at AED140 per person.
