Located on the picturesque Bluewaters Island, this property will replace the existing Caesars Palace Dubai, ushering in a new era of opulence and wellness-focused luxury. Through a carefully planned phased approach, the property will boast 179 rooms, including 30 suites. A highlight of the new offerings is a stunning four-bedroom villa, complete with a private entrance, pool, and beach access.

The resort will house five restaurants and bars, each meticulously curated through a collaboration between Ennismore’s in-house F&B concept studio, Carte Blanched, and the renowned Banyan Tree Group.
