Banyan Tree Dubai will be replacing Caesars Palace Dubai

Ennismore and Banyan Tree Group have announced an exciting partnership with Dubai Holding with the grand opening of Banyan Tree Dubai set for November 2023

Located on the picturesque Bluewaters Island, this property will replace the existing Caesars Palace Dubai, ushering in a new era of opulence and wellness-focused luxury. Through a carefully planned phased approach, the property will boast 179 rooms, including 30 suites. A highlight of the new offerings is a stunning four-bedroom villa, complete with a private entrance, pool, and beach access.

The resort will feature the signature Banyan Tree Spa, an oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. This haven will include its own reception area, relaxation spaces, state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor yoga facilities, dedicated dining options, private mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and sumptuous treatment rooms.

In addition to its wellness offerings, Banyan Tree Dubai will delight the palate with a diverse culinary experience. The resort will house five restaurants and bars, each meticulously curated through a collaboration between Ennismore’s in-house F&B concept studio, Carte Blanched, and the renowned Banyan Tree Group. The resort will offer 96 private residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms, providing residents with a unique opportunity to call this luxurious enclave their home. These private units will come complete with a dedicated lobby, an outdoor swimming pool, and seamless access to the hotel’s world-class facilities.

Nestled within the vibrant waterfront destination of Bluewaters Dubai, Banyan Tree Dubai is strategically positioned at the intersection of island living’s charm and the vibrancy of a sophisticated urban retreat. Bluewaters Dubai, developed by Dubai Holding, offers a plethora of opportunities for hospitality, lifestyle, residential living, leisure, and entertainment, boasting over 150 retail and dining concepts.
