Library Bar

Indulge in the ultimate Friday evening experience with a newly revamped four-chapter brunch, offering a fresh twist on your favourite classics. Prepare to embark on a literary-inspired journey with expertly crafted beverages that pay homage to iconic works of literature such as Ulysses and Great Expectations. The three-hour journey unfolds with Chapter 1 featuring a selection of Cold cuts, Cheese & olives, setting the stage for a tantalizing culinary adventure before turning the page to Chapter 2 for Chorizo croquette, Beef tartare cone, and a refreshing Kale salad. As you enter Chapter 3, savour delectable dishes including Wild mushroom bao bun, succulent Beef sliders, Wagyu sliders, and perfectly glazed Chicken skewers with honey, accompanied by Library Bar’s signature Triple cooked chips. Make sure to leave room for dessert as Chapter 4 presents the indulgent Profiterole to conclude on a sweet note.

Zuma

Zuma has introduced its new Baikingu Brunch, showcasing an extensive range of delectable dishes from Zuma’s tantalizing tasting menu. Taking inspiration from the izakaya style of informal eating, guests can indulge in a delightful selection of starters including the renowned Shrimp tempura with yuzu chili mayo, crispy fried squid, and an array of sashimi, nigiri, and maki. The brunch experience continues with live robata cooking featuring the flavorful Beef yakiniku with tahoon mayo, followed by main courses such as the succulent Miso-marinated black cod, Jumbo tiger prawns, and Grilled Australian wagyu ribeye with truffle mayo. To conclude on a sweet note, savour sorbets, ice creams, chocolates, and exotic fruits.
