LAO has introduced a special new Southeast Feast Night Brunch brunch featuring live cooking stations that include the Robata grill, the wok bar, the sushi counter, and dim sum trolley, and plenty more Southeast Asian delicacies. AURA Skypool

Kickstart your weekend in style with the newly-launched Night Brunch at the destination’s elevated lounge against the backdrop of the Dubai skyline. Sway through the night with upbeat tunes by AURA’s resident DJ and performances by live entertainers. Maiden Shanghai

Celebrate the weekend with friends and family at FIVE Palm Jumeirah’s Maiden Shanghai. The dining venue hosts a stunning Naughty Noodles Brunch offering a set menu brimming with signature Chinese specialities and specially crafted beverages, accompanied by live entertainment from the resident DJ. Nestled within Belcanto, Eden Bar is hosting its extravagant Favoloso Italian Brunch at the rooftop of the Dubai Opera with an al fresco style experience. Sited at Hyde Hotel Dubai, Katsuya’s Saturday brunch features flavourful Japanese dishes of sharing-style starters, which include Steamed or Spicy edamame, Wagyu gyoza with Black garlic ponzu, Wagyu beef tacos, Salmon tartare, and Chef’s special selection of Katsuya sushi rolls. Jun’s

Jun’s Dubai has introduced its Weekend Rituals brunch featuring a selection of Jun’s signature dishes and brunch exclusives such as Charred rainbow heirloom carrots with smoked labneh, Sea bass carpaccio, Egg n cheese bagel, Jalapeno cheddar biscuit and butter, Truffle gunpowder dosa cauliflower, and more. Opt for a picnic-style indoor brunch at Brasserie Boulud with a French-inspired picnic hamper featuring barbecue grillades, freshly baked bread, rich salads, and pastries. Curated by Chef de Cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne, the hearty spread also comes with a sourdough baguette, French artisanal cheeses, organic cucumber salad with light cream dressing, onion chutney, home-made chicken and duck pâté en crôute, salmon rillettes, and beef cecina.
