3Fils, Jumeirah Fishing Harbour’s hidden gem, has teamed up with salt beef connoisseurs, Meat Melt for the month of February
Introducing, Meat Melt Mondays for the month of February, where the menu stars Meat Melt’s signature salt beef, organic grass-fed brisket, infused with 18 different spices, cured for 10 days, and later cooked for over 6 hours.
The salt beef features in an array of dishes including a tuna maki roll with Meat Melt salt beef, torched ponzu mayo and fried capers; and a salt beef tempura with shitake, asparagus, amarillo and panca sauce. For entrées, tuck into the Meat Melt donburi with Hokkaido uni, wasabi and honey mustard sauce, along with an Asian-fusion side of hash browns with cucumber, red onion and Meat Melt salt beef.
