Peach melba comes in cocktail form with this retro vanilla vodka and peach schnapps combo, complete with layered effect

Ingredients
- 200ml vanilla vodka (or add 1 tsp vanilla extract to 200ml plain vodka)
- 100ml peach schnapps
- 500ml chilled peach juice
- chilled soda or lemonade, to fill
- splash of grenadine
- a few raspberries
Method
In a jug, mix vodka (or vanilla extract), with schnapps and juice. Divide between 8 glasses.
Add a few ice cubes, fill completely with soda or lemonade, then gently pour grenadine into each, over a teaspoon down the inside of the glass so it settles at the bottom. Add raspberries, a straw for stirring and pass around!
