Vegan Bolognese

  • 180g spaghetti
  • 2 x portions vegan ragu (see 'Goes well with' for recipe)
  • handful fresh basil leaves


  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pan of salted water for 1 min less than pack instructions. Reheat the ragu. Drain the pasta, reserving a ladleful of water, then toss the spaghetti in the sauce, using a little liquid to loosen the ragu slightly. Serve topped with fresh basil and some black pepper.
