Ingredients
- tuna
 - new potatoes, cooked
 - red onion
 - capers
 - a handful of rocket or watercress
 
Method
Mix canned tuna (drained) with cooked new potatoes, red onion, capers and a handful of rocket or watercress, and toss with a bought fat-free dressing.
