  • 85g thin-stemmed broccoli
  • juice ½ orange
  • 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 140g ready-to-eat spelt
  • 140g hot-smoked trout, flaked
  • large handful watercress


  1. Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until al dente. Mix together the orange juice, parsley and spelt, then top with the broccoli, trout and watercress.
