  • 100g sliced heritage tomatoes
  • 1 tsp sea saltflakes
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 2 tbsp ricotta
  • balsamic glaze
  • handful of oregano leaves
  • black pepper


  1. Toss the tomatoes in the sea salt flakes. Spread two toasts with the ricotta, top with the tomatoes, drizzle with balsamic glaze and scatter with the oregano leaves. Season with black pepper to serve.
