Prosciutto, cranberry & brie croissants

Pack a croissant with prosciutto, cranberry sauce and brie to make a simple but special lunch or snack. It takes just 10 minutes from prep to plate

  • 4 croissants
  • cranberry sauce
  • prosciuttoslices
  • brie
  • handful of rocket leaves


  1. Heat the grill. Split the croissants. Spread cranberry sauce on one of the cut surfaces of each half. Top with prosciutto slices. Arrange slices of brie to cover the cut surfaces of the other halves.

  2. Grill for a few mins to melt the cheese and crisp the prosciutto. Sandwich each croissant together with a handful of rocket leaves.
