Ingredients
- 2 large oranges
- 3 tbsp toasted coconut
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- ½ sliced red onion
- juice 1 lime
Method
Cut away the peel and pith from the oranges, then thinly slice the flesh. Mix with coconut, parsley, red onion and lime juice.
