Labneh, radishes & sumac toast
Give your toast a Middle Eastern twist with labneh, radish and sumac. You could also swap the radish for fresh fig and drizzle with honey for a sweet treat

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150g radishes, halved
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 tbsp labneh or thick yogurt
- pinch of sumac
Tip
Sweet swapSwap the radishes for fresh fig slices and drizzle with honey for a delicious breakfast treat.
Method
Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat and cook until it starts to look and smell nutty. Toss in the halved radishes, season well, cook for 5 mins until softened, then add the lemon juice. Spread two toasts with the labneh or thick yogurt, then top with the radishes and a pinch of sumac.
