Ingredients

  • 2 grapefruit, peel and pith cut away
  • 4 oranges, peel and pith cut away
  • 4 apricots, stoned and sliced
  • 1 tbsp clear honey

Method

  1. Segment the grapefruits and oranges into a large bowl to catch the juices. Stir in the apricots and honey, and serve.
