  • 2 tbsp verjuice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g pack smoked slices of duck breasts
  • half 100g bag of rocket, watercress and spinach salad
  • small bunch of seedless grapes
  • handful of toasted walnuts


  1. Whisk together the verjuice and olive oil, then season lightly. Toss with everything else in a bowl, then serve.
