Chicken and cheddar skewers

  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 slice of roasted chicken breast
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 cucumber slice
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese


  1. Slice the bread in half, and cut out small squares from the top and bottom part of the bread. Spread mayonnaise on the bread squares, and place one square on a skewer. Add the roasted chicken breast folded in half, tomato, cucumber, and cheddar cheese, and finish with another square of bread.
